“Registered User” shall mean a user whose registration is accepted by Fanicon Technologies and who accesses Fanicon Technologies’ web portal/applications based on password-based authentication.

“Sensitive Personal Data and Information (SPDI)” shall have the same meaning as under Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as amended from time to time.

“Services” for the purpose of this Privacy Policy shall mean any service provided by Fanicon Technologies, including but not limited to data processing, business applications, and other associated services.
